I recently had the opportunity to invest some money and chose the Lumley Fields development by Manorcrest homes in Skegness. I was attracted to the variation in house design and spacious feel compared to other developments. The return on investment was good and the fact that Manorcrest could offer a one stop shop in handling the rentals made the proposition appealing.
