I recently had the opportunity to invest some money and chose the Lumley Fields development by Manorcrest homes in Skegness. I was attracted to the variation in house design and spacious feel compared to other developments. The return on investment was good and the fact that Manorcrest could offer a one stop shop in handling the rentals made the proposition appealing. Manorcrest have been great to deal with and I would recommend any potential purchasers/investors to give Lumley Fields/Manorcrest a look.
