Once again our latest OPEN WEEKEND at LUMLEY FIELDS in Skegness held in September 2009 was extremely successful.

Our plans for Skegness do not stop here, following approval of our latest building application, Manorcrest are proud to confirm that plans for approximately 460 new homes will also go ahead.

It is envisaged the build programme for this will take circa 10-12 years and will change the footprint of Skegness completely.

The development plans include provision of a landmark square, shops, and family restaurant/pub. We have also set aside land for a new school and community centre. Two projects we feel are extremely important for the area.

The creation of this new extension to Skegness will be the biggest development the area has seen for some time. It is hoped that this investment will encourage progression and evolution to the area.
