Thorngate House - The Penthouse Experience

Monday 21st May 2007 saw Manorcrest Homes unveil the exclusive and stylish penthouses which crown this prestigious apartment block in St Swithins Square, Lincoln.

This event called "The Penthouse Experience" allowed Thorngate House to come alive. A Ferrari and red carpet laid to the main entrance began the experience with a string quartet playing in one of the penthouses, champagne and canopes being served, plus special guest, Lincs FM Presenter John Marshall popping along to see the stunning views for himself.

The event was a great success and well attended. Interest levels surrounding this development is extremely high with only a few apartments remaining, everyone was keen to see the penthouses and the views for themselves.

Tours of these spectactular penthouses and luxury apartments were held by staff from Manorcrest and Pygott & Crone. Leigh Hall and Dean Wann (Directors) were also in attendance to welcome visitors and be on hand to answer any questions that were raised.

Media interest was received from City Living Magazine, Lincolnsire Life and the Lincolnshire Echo.
