June 2006 saw Manorcrest officially launch Thorngate House to the public.

The event took place at the Drill Hall in Lincoln (situated a few minutes from our development) and was attended by prospective buyers, local business people, investors and people who were generally interested in the huge transformation from 1960's office block to a contemporary luxurious apartment block designed for life in 2006.

The event was a fantastic success and was well attended, with the Mayor of Lincoln in attendance.

Tours of the building were held and viewings of the showcased apartments and penthouses were held.

Comments received were incredibly complimentary with a definite WOW factor being received from the impressive penthouse.
