Leigh Hall and Dean Wann founded Manorcrest in 2000. Both experienced business men joined forces and with Dean's architectual background have forged a company which has seen astonishing growth over the past 2 years.
Deborah Ledbrook, Operations Manager, has been with the company for 4 years. Deborah is responsible for the day to day operations of each development from planning through to construction. Working closely with Dean and Leigh she ensures technical site issues are monitored and dealt with ready to hand over the the Sales Manager when major construction comes to an end.
Lorraine Clarke joined Manorcrest in December 2003. As Finance Manager she helps control the company's purse strings and deals with all financial elements of this ever increasing business.
Our Sales & Marketing Manager Beverley Taylor joined in January 2006. Beverley has played a part in the company's unprecidented growth. The key to her success is her professional friendly approach and true belief in customer care.
Dave Cowling joined Manorcrest as Projects Mananger in January 2007. His role is to manage the many developments currently underway ensuring all projects are co-ordinated and programmed meeting dates and deadlines set. Technically Dave will be responsible for all areas of build and building control stipulations.
Darren Wann takes on the role of Site Manager for developments in Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Woodhall Spa. With developments increasing for Manorcrest Homes, Site Management is crutial and Darren works hard to ensure targets are met with quality workmanship.
All above personnel plus the hard working site staff create "The Team" that is Manorcrest.
