Manorcrest Homes was set up by directors Leigh Hall and Dean Wann in 1999. It derived from both partners being in business previously and coming together to join their experience. Their first development was a block of apartments in Skegness. Working closely with the planning authorities, they then gained planning approval for a major development in Skegness, Lumley Fields, Churchill Avenue comprising a total of 60 acres of land and construction commenced in 2001.
As house prices rose in early 2001/2002, it was clear that demand was high, and for Manorcrest to keep up with the demand, the directors took the decision to carry out all the major and civil construction in-house. Working closely on the projects they were able to keep construction on budget and on time, building quality homes at achievable and affordable prices.
Since then the development at Skegness has grown immensely which has enabled the directors to look at city centre sites such as Lincoln, applying their experience gained in the construction industry, together with further city centre developments.
From 2004 onwards directors Leigh Hall and Dean Wann have continued to make acquisitions of further sites in and around Lincolnshire, moving into Grimsby, Gainsborough, Woodhall Spa and the East Midlands.
Currently Manorcrest is expanding into commercial areas and also becoming involved in holiday and leisure facilities. 2006 saw Manorcrest achieve unparalleled success in property sales and turnover. Since then the company's growth has been steady and despite the current financial climate Manorcrest continue to work hard in order to achieve success.
It's due to this success Manorcrest have expanded its team and offices and are very much looking forward to the future.
