These impressive homes were one of Manorcrest's first construction projects in Lincolnshire.

Based in Alford, the development in Gibson Way, off Farlesthorpe Road, commenced in 2001 and were programmed for a slow build. The development completed circa 2004.

The location of these properties, on the edge of the town adjacent to open countryside made them ideal. This, together with the executive look and feel to the development proved extremely successful and was a sign of things to come for Manorcrest.
