With over 15 years experience of housing design, development, construction and engineering, we have designed and built over 400 homes. Across our developments, our portfolio of property designs includes starter homes, apartments, three storey town houses, bungalows and executive homes.

This portfolio has now been updated to include commercial units and a Hotel on the Brayford Wharf in Lincoln in conjunction with one of the world's most recognised hotel brands.

All of our homes offer light, space, warmth, comfort, style and security. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and choice, offering our customers a wide range of options to personalise and add value to their homes. Our Sales & Marketing Manager works closely with all clients, from initial enquiries, through viewings and advice on what the next steps are to helping and guiding all the way through the necessary legal process and suggestions as to what finishes would look great to complement their new home.

In short, we do everything we can to make house moves as smooth as possible and to deliver homes which our clients are pleased with and feel at home in, from the moment they move in.

We pride ourselves on excellent service, not only through the process of buying a property but settling in too. Our aftercare policy is clear, you don’t stop being our client the day you move in. We stay with you offering a defects period of 3 months to ensure teething problems are rectified with no quibbles.

Our Sales Team offer a personalised service to every client, doing their utmost to ensure the process runs smoothly, always acting as a point of contact, even if it's for a quick chat to keep you updated.
